PACKAGING
Product packaging plays a key role in its commercial success.
Packaging should be attractive, stand out from the competition, convey the brand's story, explain what the product does - sometimes in several languages - protect the product during the long journey from factory to shelf, be sturdy enough to withstand many weeks on the shelf and handling by dozens of customers. And no less important - keep the production cost as low as possible so as not to increase the product's overall cost.
Sounds challenging? Definitely!
Over the years I have developed packaging and Hand Tags for over 200 different products. I conducted the process of characterizing the marketing need and the preliminary research. I led the process of producing the written content, technical information and product photos that were displayed on the various packages. I managed the graphic design process until preparation for printing, and led the engineering process of box design (mostly in China). I managed the production of user guides and translation processes - sometimes up to 12 different languages. I led the production process and quality control and took care of building planograms for points of sale.
